HKSTP provides facilities, services and a dynamic environment that enable companies to nurture ideas, innovate and develop; propelling Hong Kong towards a world-class hub for selected technologies - electronics, information technology and telecommunications, precision engineering, biotechnology and green technology.

Besides, HKSTP is the first incubator in Asia to be accredited as Soft Landings International Incubator by NBIA, providing full-service incubation programmes to assist start-ups during their vulnerable inception stages. Its mission is to foster the growth of qualified technology and design based start-ups in our supported clusters, by providing a set of value-added services and financial support to nurture their development in areas of product/services, marketing and organization.
